At Sat Kabir Art & Craft, we take great care in crafting and packaging our handmade furniture and home décor products.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please provide clear photographs and your order details so we can review the issue.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us at satkabirhandicraft@gmail.com with photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and discuss an appropriate resolution.

3. Change of Mind
As our products are handcrafted and carefully prepared for each order, returns for change of mind may not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any product.

4. Custom-Made Products
Customized, made-to-order, and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications, subject to applicable law.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed with the customer before a return is approved. Responsibility for shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return and applicable law.

7. International Orders
International customers should contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
