Welcome to Sat Kabir Art & Craft. We are based in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, and ship handcrafted furniture and home décor to domestic and international customers.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Our products are handcrafted with care. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product, customization, and order quantity. For made-to-order products, the estimated dispatch date will be communicated separately where possible.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping service, customs clearance, and courier operations. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges depend on the product's size, weight, packaging, delivery destination, and selected shipping service. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed before the order is confirmed.
4. PACKAGING
We take care to pack our handcrafted products appropriately for transportation. Furniture may require protective packaging or wooden export crates depending on its size and shipping requirements.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for applicable import charges.
6. TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Customers should provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number.
7. DELAYS
Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, weather, courier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at satkabirhandicraft@gmail.com. Include your order details and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
